Talia Harari
Founder and Attorney at Law
Talia Harari was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2011 and has more than 15 years of experience. She began her career in complex class action litigation before focusing on business law. Since founding her practice in New York City, she has advised entrepreneurs and business owners across a wide range of industries, including fashion, real estate, hospitality, construction, and finance, on transactional matters, operational issues, and long-term growth.
Her work with business clients naturally led her to expand into immigration law, where she continues to guide individuals and companies through the legal frameworks that support building and scaling their enterprises.

How we practice
What Every Client Can Count On
Flat Fee, Never Hourly
Most firms bill by the hour, which quietly rewards the attorney who works slowly. We quote the entire cost of the matter before we start, and that is what you pay.
One Firm for the Company and the Visa
A visa petition is built on the same documents that make a venture credible in the first place, which is exactly why one firm should handle both. We help set up the U.S. company and prepare the visa case together, so the structure and the case are built to match.
Every File Reviewed by a Former USCIS Adjudicator
Before anything is filed, your complete file is reviewed by a member of our team who spent years deciding these applications for USCIS. That reviewer knows what an adjudicator looks for, so gaps are found and fixed while they are still yours to fix.
