Yes. There is no way you or someone else who is not an attorney can ensure you are legally fully protected, which unfortunately can lead to sorrow, hardships, lost money and even time spent in jail. So yes, it’s worth the cost to get yourself protected. 

We are a unique law firm because our billing is flat fee only. We don’t charge by the hour like most attorneys do. Instead, we tell you the entire cost of the project and that is the total price you’ll pay. We think this is a fair system since hourly billing rewards an attorney who works slowly. The slower they work on your case, the more they get paid, which we don’t see as fair. 

Estate planning is the passing of properties, investments, accounts, etc. down from one generation to another. This includes such things as a will, trust, living will, powers of attorney, etc. It enables you to be fully protected if you do become incapacitated and ensures your properties will be passed along according to your wishes once you pass away.
